Something I'm working on at the moment. Literally, at the moment, it's drying right next to me now. Its gonna get blown up to A2 size, the original is A3, some text will be added as well.

I am also working on a cool chestpiece, but it didnt happen yet because i dont have any pics. Also, a half sleeve. Pics will be up when im done with them.

I like doing research, I like reading about stuff.
In the case of the Tale of the Advanced Monkeys, I read the part in Hamlet where Hamlet describes how people get eaten by worms when they die. It's written beautifully, but, turns out, it's not true.

Worms are vegetarians. They eat earth, digest the organic material and shit out the earth again. They don't eat meat. Maggots however, do. But maggots can't get to a corpse because its either buried in a hole in the ground or buried in a coffin. Especially in the case of kings.
Corpses are being eaten by bacteria, from the inside out. These bacteria turn human organic material into minerals. These minerals are used by plants or eaten by worms.

In the long run, we are eating dead people, yes. Nothing goes to waste, everything gets recycled. But a properly buried corpse does NOT get eaten by worms and maggots directly.

I just discovered the Akira comic. Holy fucking shit. Just... Holy shit... It's drawn so good, so detailed, poses are amazing, faces, shading, the way they handle light and lightsources. Holy fucking shit... What an amazing artwork.. And i havent even started talking about the story. Amazing. If you have the opportunity, go hook yourself up!

i need to read more comics. i need to buy more books.

The pages are in backwards order. Cant figure out how to get them right fast, so this will have to do. If you read them in this order, reading the pages from bottomright to topleft, the story makes just as much sense as when you would read it normally.
