Slotervaart is a neighborhood in Amsterdam where some stupid kids destroy cars and cause problems. They came up with a nice solution: Get coaches to follow and guide some of the kids who haven't done anything wrong (they know the kids that actually do cause problems) from 8 am to 8 pm. Instead of punishing the people who deserve it.

Slotervaart is a neighborhood in Amsterdam where some stupid kids destroy cars and cause problems. They came up with a nice solution: Get coaches to follow and guide some of the kids who haven't done anything wrong (they know the kids that actually do cause problems) from 8 am to 8 pm.
